Butterfly garden
Today the weather was stunning, the sun was shining, the birds were singing and some butterflies paid us a visit. With these images in my head, I went crafting.
A garden is never complete without some butterflies joining the party.
Thank you for stopping by,
I did something very unusual for me, and pulled out some pool party cardstock for my card base.

Butterfly leaves for a friend
Well once again I have used the lovely and versatile stamp set, Sheltering Tree, but this time with a twist.
This card utilises a few sets to create this image. For the leaves instead of using the stamp from the Sheltering Tree set, I used the butterflies from Perpetual Birthday Calendar. The sentiment for this card is from the Sprinkles of Life stamp set.
The trunk of the tree is in Chocolate Chip ink. The leaves use Melon Mambo and Melon Mambo stamped off, to make it just a little lighter. The sun image is stamped in Blushing Bride. The card stock used is Whisper White and Melon Mambo.
Thank you for visiting my blog,

Crazy Crafters' March Blog Hop- New Saleabration Products
It's a long weekend here in Melbourne. This means an extra day of family time, with maybe a little crafting thrown in.
A few days ago Stampin' Up! released four new free Sale-a-bration products! These will only be available until the end of March and are available for free with each purchase of $90 or more. This months Crazy Crafters theme, centres around these new items.
New products are always exciting. These ones are also such fun to use and so pretty. I will have to get at least one more order in between now and the end of sale-a-bration so I can get my hands on some more of the pretty vellum. Sheer perfection vellum is my new favourite out of all of the saleabration items. I can see so many different uses for it.
Here is my first play with the gorgeous stamp sets and some of the vellum.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop.
