ESAD 2017 HOLIDAY CATALOGUE BLOG HOP

I hope you are enjoying all the wonderful projects in the ESAD 2017 Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop.
I can't wait to see what everyone has to share with us today.

You may have come from the wonderful Jessie Holton or be starting the hop here with me, Rosalie Desmond.

I always love a new catalogue, for me it's time to explore new things and try new techniques or folds. So in that spirit I have a Four Fold Card to share with you today. My card uses the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper (p.13), which comes as a 24 sheet pack, featuring music notes and lyrics from popular Christmas Carols in Basic Black and Whisper White.

I used the Hearts Come Home stamp set (p. 39) for the sentiments and all the images on my card.

I found heaps of tutorials on YouTube which show this fold. While it may look wonderful, it is actually simple to put together. Once you have cute your base pieces and scored the card stock, you just glue the smaller base piece to the 1/4" scored end.

Measurements:

Card Bases
Basic Black Card Base first piece 5 1/2" x 11 1/2", scored at 4 1/4", 7 3/4" & 11 1/4"
Basic Black Card Base second piece 2 3/4" x 4 1/4

Layers
1 piece 4" x 5 1/4"
2 pieces 3 1/4 x 4 3/4"
2 pieces 2 1/2" x 4"

Scrap Whisper White for sentiment

Merry Music Speciality DSP, Hearts Come Home stamp set, Everyday Label Punch

I hope you enjoy the remainder of the hop. The lovely Liv Ingle is next

ESAD 2017/18 Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek Blog Hop

I hope you are enjoying all the fantastic projects in the ESAD 2017/18 Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek Blog Hop.

One of the amazing things about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is being able to purchase some items from the new 2017-2018 Catalogue early. There are so many wonderful products to choose from, it was hard to decide what to share with you today.

You may have come from the wonderful                   or be starting the hop here with me, Rosalie Desmond.

Here are couple of cards that I would love to share with you today using the Daisy Delight Bundle and the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper.

This first card was made as a thank you card for one of my lovely customers. She is such a special lady and I wanted her to have the opportunity to see first hand the wonderful paper and stamped images from the Delightful Daisy Suite. The Designer Series Paper is the star of this card and I teamed it up with some layers of Night of Navy and Calypso Coral. The "Thank you" sentiment and the flower image are both from the brand new Daisy Delight Stamp Set, which can either be purchased individually or as a bundle with the Daisy Punch.

For this second card I used the Softly Fallen Embossing Folder to create some texture on the Calypso Coral card stock. I then matted some Designer Series Paper with some Night of Navy card stock. The card was then topped off with a daisy stamped and punched. For this card I chose not to put a sentiment on it, so it can be used for any purpose.

You may be wondering...

Thank you for joining me today. I hope you have fun and enjoy hopping around the whole hop. Next you will find the lovely, Tanya Bell.

ESAD EASTERN PALACE SUITE BLOG HOP

I hope you are enjoying all the gorgeous projects in the ESAD Eastern Palace Suite Blog Hop.

We have been enough to have a suite from the new 2017-2018 Catalogue early. It is an amazing collection of a stamp set, thinlits, inks, card stock, designer series paper, stickers, and tassels. What makes this even better is that it is available to everyone as bundles right now!

You may have come from the wonderful  Ellen Woodbridge or be starting the hop here with me, Rosalie Desmond.

Recently, I have been really having some fun with this suite. I have found that it works with almost any colour scheme and the designs you can make are almost endless. So if you are looking for some versatile products, this suite is certainly worth a look. Here is a card that I would love to share with you today.

I have teamed up the lovely Specialty Designer Series paper with some  Daffodil Delight and Tranquil Tide card stock and some stamping. If you thought you just read a new colour, you are absolutely correct. Tranquil Tide is one of this years new in-colours. The gorgeous spotty piece of paper is from the Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper which highlights another new in-colour, Lemon Lime Twist.

Thank you for joining me today. I hope you have fun and enjoy hopping around the whole hop. Next you will find the lovely, Cathy Pinchbeck.

ESAD 2017 RETIREMENT LIST BLOG HOP

Times change, as do products. We are currently saying "Goodbye" to some of our old favourites, to make way for new items later in the year. It is retirement list time!

For you, this may be the time to pick up a bargain or your last chance to grab that set that has been catching your eye for some time. Don't wait until they are gone, check out the store today!

I hope you are enjoying all the gorgeous projects in the ESAD 2017 Retirement List Blog Hop. What an amazing opportunity to have a whole bunch of products highlighted for you!

Today I am sharing one of my favourite stamp sets - Nailed It!

A set for all those males in our lives, although it is also suitable for females as well. I love the images in this set. It can be used for people of all ages, children, teens and adults.

Here is a card I have made to share with you today.

For this card I have used the Nailed It stamp set. Currently, it is only available in wood mount as clear mount has SOLD OUT. So if you are loving this set as much as I do, you will need to get in quick. Once the items are gone, they are gone!

I fussy cut (hand cut) the tools on my card. As the shapes are very simple, they were quick and easy to cut.

I used the Urban Underground Speciality Designer Series Paper, which is also on the retirement list, for the background under the tools. This paper pack is so versatile as the images are not necessarily connected with tools.

Thank you for joining me today. I hope you enjoy the remainder of the blog hop.

Rosalie

ESAD 2017 Occasions and Sale-a-bration Sneak Peek

A new catalogue, exciting right?? I always say I love the new catalogues and these ones are no exception. So many pretty, creative stamps and tools to see.

I hope you are enjoying all the gorgeous projects in the ESAD 2017 Occasions & Sale-a-bration Sneak Peek Blog Hop. What better way to get a quick snap shot of some of the new products!

I’m so excited as both these catalogues are amazing, and I am looking forward to seeing what everyone has created as much as you. You may have come from the fabulous Lou Kitzelman or be starting the hop here with me.

With so many amazing new products to choose from, it was hard to decide which to use. So I used a complicated technique to choose what to show you today - I closed my eyes and pulled out a random stamp set. Ta Da! Today I am showing you the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.

It was one of the sets on the top of my wish list and I was lucky enough to get my very own set while I was at On-Stage (a Stampin' Up! event which demonstrators are able to go to before every catalogue launch. You get sneak peeks, win prizes, get samples, catalogues and the best part - socialize with other demonstrators!) in November.

Here is a card I have made to share with you today.

The dragon fly was embossed in copper and then I used Island Indigo to add colour to its wings. I kept the design nice and simple.

I hope you have enjoyed my card for the hop today. I’d love for you to leave me a comment below.

ESAD 2016 Holiday Catalogue Favourite Products Blog Hop

I hope you are enjoying all the gorgeous projects in the ESAD 2016 Holiday Favourite Products Blog Hop.

I wonder what everyone will choose as their favourite product. You may have come from the wonderful  Delys Cram or be starting the hop here with me.

What a topic we have for you this hop. With so many amazing products in this catalogue it was sure hard to narrow it down to just one. I chose the Sweet Home Bundle. The bundle consists of a stamp set and some thinlits. The thinlits make a gorgeous little 3D box.

With Christmas fast approaching I decided that it was time to start making some decorations for my tree. I wanted to stay clear of the traditional red and green this time, and work with Pink Pirouette, Soft Sky, Whisper White and silver.

I used silver embossing powder on the doors and a touch of silver glimmer paper over the door and on the roof, to give a touch of sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you are enjoying the blog hop. Don't forget to check them all out. Now on to Cathy Pinchbeck's blog. I wonder what her favourite product will be??
