CRAZY CRAFTERS BLOG HOP WITH ANGELA MERIRITZ-REID

Welcome once again to a Crazy Crafters Blog Hop. This time we are CASEing (Copy And Selectively Edit) any project that has been created by Angela Meriritz-Reid. I am so excited to have Angela joining us today, her work is absolutely brilliant. Make sure you take some time later to check out her blog. We hope you find great inspiration from todays projects.

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Rosalie Desmond or may have come from the person previous to me. Be sure to click on the person listed under me further down the page to continue your journey on this blog hop.

This is the card that Angela inspired me to create.

I used the Playful Backgrounds Stamp Set to create the background using similar colours to Angela. I love the boldness of the rich colours. I then stamped the dragonfly from Dragonfly Dreams on vellum and coloured the back of the wings using a Tempting Turquoise Stampin' Write marker.

My card today has been made for a beautiful friend and vellum lover that I saw over the weekend at the Melbourne Stampin' Up! event (more on that during the week). Thanks Miss E for introducing me to vellum.

This is the card from which I took my inspiration from. I loved the colours and the layout, so much that I just had to use them.

I hope you take the time to explore all the creations the blog hop has to offer.

DRAGONFLIES FOR MY DESK - #GDP071

Please note: I have entered this project in The Crazy Crafters Team Highlights. If you like it, please vote for it HERE

THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE THAT VOTED FOR MY PROJECT AT THE CRAZY CRAFTERS TEAM HIGHLIGHTS. THIS PROJECT WAS ONE OF THE TOP THREE.

Hi everyone! It's Australia Day here and I thought I would use some of my time today to join in with the Global Design Project #071 and make a 3D item!!

Yes, that's right - this weeks challenge is 3D

Here is my entry.

I love these dragonflies and they are so easy to use on the big shot.

I really like the gold with the Bermuda Bay. I am so proud as this is the first time I have cut my Serene Scenery DSP (141642). No point having double sided paper just gathering dust, it was made to share with the world.  #loveitchopit

I hope you like my project today.

Thank you for stopping by,
Rosalie
