Cute for Christmas - A sneak peek

Today I took the opportunity to give you a sneak peek at a new stamp set which will be available from the 1st of September in the new holiday catalogue. The image I choose is from a  Christmas themed set, with a number of cute images called "Christmas Cuties". The name says it all.

You will have to wait until the 1st to see the stamp set in full, but until then I hope you like this little guy.

He was coloured in using stampin' write markers and then I added a few spots of gold glitz dazzling details to give my card a little sparkle.






I just love the hint of gold using the Stampin' up! metallic thread up the top. It completes the touch of gold theme I have on this card.





My inspiration today comes from a sketch which is the latest challenge from Just Add Ink #275

      Thanks Carolina. First time in a long time that I've actually used the markers to colour. I usually use a blender pen. Think it might be time to whip out the Aqua pen and see what it does as well. So many different ways to colour!
